Having put £30 of petrol on top of ¼ tank of diesel, I was initially quoted £730 by my local dealer to fix the mess I’d caused. I though ‘that’s the cost of my own stupidity then’, so was actually considering how to pay……However, I contacted your service on the recommendation of the dealer’s rep (!) – I think he realised just how outlandish their quote was!

Steve turned up within an hour and after about 30 minutes work on the car - draining and refuelling - I was on my way again. Steve was polite, informative and professional, and I was so impressed with the service you offer – absolutely fantastic!

I'm just writing to thank you for helping me out of a fix today when I put unleaded fuel into my Diesel Jeep - the first time ever in over 20 years of driving!

Not only were you so quick in coming to rescue me, ahead of the stated time of 30-45 minutes, but your telephone operator was so kind and helpful, as I was very stressed at trying to return to builders at my house.  Then your engineer, Enzo, was wonderful - quick, courteous, friendly and safe, a real advertisement for your company.  Enzo even managed to hand out cards to two interested customers at the garage - very enterprising.

I was so impressed that I have kept your card, and passed on your number to my local garage, who couldn't come and collect me as their truck was out on an emergency call.  Incidentally, I also called RAC, who not only wanted to charge to drive me to my local garage, despite my membership never being used, but only called back to book a time after Enzo had arrived - very poor service.

am so grateful for your handling of my crisis, and whilst I hope that I never need your services again, yours will be the first number I will call should I have the misfortune!!

I just want to convey my heartfelt thanks to your engineer who came to pump out the petrol from my diesel Saab last Thursday evening. He had travelled some distance to get to me, in atrocious weather and must have been very tired when he finally got home. Whilst it was a very expensive and embarrassing episode, his good humour and confidence made me feel much better and the relief when the car fired up first time was like winning the pools.
It must be satisfying working in a job where you rescue people from this sort of situation and I wish you every success for the future but I sincerely hope I never have to use your services again!

I just wanted to give some feedback on the service I received from one of your team last night. Enzo came out to my house in Great Milton after a late call from the AA at 9pm. He arrived just after 10pm and worked on removing the wrong fuel from my vehicle until 11.30pm. He then followed me to the petrol station to ensure that I could safely start my engine after filling up.

He was extremely courteous, very patient and made me feel very relaxed that he would be able to fix the problem. It was late in the evening when he finished but he didn’t rush anything and wanted to be completely certain he had removed all the offending fuel.
He is a credit to your organisation and I would be very happy to use your company again in the future, although I seriously hope I never have to!
